It was reported that the third scheduling conference for first Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair was held on November 15, 2013. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City emphasized on the conference that it was a critical stage for the preparation work of the trade fair, all the departments should work together to make sure all the work to be handled out well and the trade fair to be opened fluently.

It was learned that the overall preparation work would be finished on November 26. On November 27, attendants of the fair would start to register. The fair would be launched officially on November 28.

Currently, some preliminary work as the invitation distribution for the merchants and exhibitors has almost been fulfilled, exhibition arrangement issues were under the time schedule and the exterior facilities construction would be finished before November 20. Besides those, solutions for relative work as traffic dispersion, security, fire control, etc. would be figured out before November 20 as well. At the meantime, media invitation, urban area’s environment renovation and other issues were kept handling by the preparation work team.

Qu Hai highly affirmed the preparation work handled out by the team in the earlier stage and listed some requirements for next stage. All the departments should pay great attention on this preparation issue; more strict responsibility system should be carried out to enhance the awareness of responsibility; better service should be provided by the departments to handle out the preparation work and help to lay good foundation on the development of exhibition economy and modern service industry for Chenzhou city.

Qu also emphasized that strengthened organization and leadership should be handled by the departments to make sure all the problems hindered on the preparation way to be solved at the soonest time; better co-ordination should be enhanced among the departments; closer connection with Hengyang city and Yongzhou city should be handled out by the Fair Organizing Committee to ensure the seamless connection; all measures and tasks concerned for the preparation work should be implemented well to guarantee the trade fair to be opened fluently; better working efficiency should be upgraded to facilitate the trade fair with safe, orderly and friendly service; and enhance communication with the merchants and gusts of this trade fair should be improved to make sure some real effects on investment attraction and promotion of Chenzhou city to be reached in the fair.
