Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

It was reported that Zhang Xihui- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City led a team to check the logistic work for first South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair handled out by some hotels and Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Xiongsen Hotel is in charge of the accommodation work for the entrepreneurs and journalists. A special reception team was formed to take charge of the reception work. The reception solution, arrangement of workers and materials, inspections for food safety, electricity and water supply, and etc. were handled out well.

Zhang and her team checked the details of meeting room, guest room, restaurant, and etc. to make sure all were followed with the specified requirements. When reporters arrived at the hotel, all the preparation work was ready in Xiongsen Hotel. Besides those, public security departments have handled out the security measures and enhanced the management of transportation to ensure the smooth traffic condition during the fair.

Zhang stated that all relative departments should pay close attention on the logistics services, especially security, food safety, transportation management, and other key points, and all the staffs should provide the best services to the attendants to impress them with the best image of Chenzhou city.
