The first South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair was opened on November 28, 2013 in Chenzhou city. More than 600 merchants from Guangdong province, Taiwan and other regions were attracted to attend this fair. Many merchants decided to settle down their industrial transfer projects in Chenzhou city and signed the cooperation agreement with Chenzhou city on site. Taiwas Kunyang Group signed two projects’ agreements at one time.

Taiwan Kunyang Group started its cooperation with Chenzhou city in 2003. Weisheng Electronics Co., Ltd. was established after the group’s visit of Chenzhou city in that year. The company was settled down in the science and technology industrial park of Chenzhou Economy and Development Zone. Till now, about 300 million yuan has been invested by the company with an output value of one billion yuan.

The two projects Taiwan Kunyang Group signed with Chenzhou city were: Taiwan Zhongfu Electronic Company in Chenzhou Export Processing Zone and Kunyang Industrial Park in Chenzhou Economy and Development Zone. Chen Kunhui- General Manager of Weisheng Electronics Co., Ltd. said to the reporters that besides the sound investment condition of high working efficiency and administrative environment of the government, Chenzhou was also with abundant labor forces. Those were some key reasons for the company to keep their investment in Chenzhou city. At the meantime, besides the traditional businesses handled out by the company in earlier years in Chenzhou city, the Group executives wanted to extend the investment area. They were intended to build a water park in Feitian mountain.
