It was reported that a press conference for construction planning of the east new district of Suxian district and investment attraction results was held in Chenzhou city recently by Suxian district and Jinke Real Estate Group

 

It was introduced by a principal of Suxian Merchants Cooperation Bureau that the new east district was the core area for Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government’s development strategy of the city-“expansion of south and east areas while give priority for the east area”. Focusing on the idea of the east wing of Chenzhou city and a new industrial center, the east new district was kept to promote the integration of industries and city and construction of infrastructure with high-level planning, design, construction and speed.

 

Due to its fast improvement, the new east district attracted different commercial and real estate projects to be settled down there. County Garden Holdings, Phoenix City, Dongtianjinwan, Wyndham Hotel, Shenqiqianlong Hotel, Omega Hotel, Tongcheng commercial square, Wangxianling urban complex, commercial street, farmers’ market, big-scale comprehensive supermarket, and etc. were helpful to forge a new development pattern to be suitable for living and carrying businesses. Jinke Real Estate Group which was famous as “father of garden house” and “flagman of China’s resident culture” reached the cooperation with the east new district to assist the new district’s construction with a totally new concept.

 

Many guests highly expected the bright future of the Jinke City. It was stated by the representative of Jinke Group that this new project would be issued to market in this July with an average price of 7000-8000yuan/square meter. Besides helping Chenzhou people to pursue their residential dream, the group would play actively on Chenzhou city’s upgrading projects to promote its further development as well. Chenzhou city was one of the key strategic places of Jinke Group and was the bridgehead of the group’s layout of south China. Jinke Group would keep working in Chenzhou city to expand its influence to promote its businesses to Guangdong province.

Chenzhou Jinke City was invested by Jinke Real Estate Group- one of the top ten real estate brands of China. It was located in the joint place of Chenzhou Avnue, Guanshan Avenue and Xueyuan road, where is about 10kms from Chenzhou government’s building. The project covers 136,300 square meters with different businesses, which became a new marking project of the new east district. The experience center of this project has been opened to public.
