On April 25, 2018, the Municipal People's Government signed a business invitation agreement with Country Garden Group for Longnv Healthy Tourism Town. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren and Vice President of Country Garden Group Li Xiaolin attended the signing ceremony and signed the contract on behalf of the Municipal People's Government and Country Garden Group respectively.

According to the agreement, Country Garden Group will invest more than 8 billion yuan in the development of Longnv Hot Spring District in Beihu District to create a high-end health tourism town in the south-central region. Notably, the agreement mentioned that the existing exhibition hotels, Liuyi Villa, diving center, street commercial and other properties in Longnv Hot Spring Area will be included in the overall planning of the project. In addition, according to the "industry first" requirement, Country Garden Group will do a good job in supporting facilities of health, education, tourism and other industrial projects in Longnv hot spring area.

According to the agreement, the Municipal Government will set up a project construction headquarters, headed by the main leaders of the Municipal Government, to coordinate and solve specific problems in the process of project promotion, and provide quality services for project promotion in administrative approval and other aspects.

Relevant members of the senior management team of Country Garden Group, municipal leaders Jiang Feng and Li Ting, and Municipal Secretary-General Huang Zesheng attended the event.
