Market background:

At present, the major main line of the reform and development of China's construction industry is the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,promoting the development of green building, assembly building, ultra low energy passive building and so on, and promoting the practice of green construction, sponge city, comprehensive corridor and so on with the green development as the core. 

Among them, after nearly 10 years of hard work, China's assembly building has made a breakthrough and has been in the world leading position in many fields. It was estimated that the market scale of assemble building in China would exceed 2 trillion yuan in 2020 and 4.7 trillion yuan in 2025,expected to usher in leap-forward development.

Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Construction issued the first list of demonstration cities and industrial bases for assembly building. Changsha City was recognized as the first batch of demonstration cities for assembly building in the country, and the 6 enterprises of Broad Homes, Dongfanghong Construction, Sunpeak Construction, Sany Group, Broad Sustainable Building and CMIG Drawin were recognized as the demonstration industrial bases. Hunan Province assembly construction production capacity and backbone enterprise comprehensive strength are among the best in the country. By the end of October, the capacity of the assembled building in the province has reached 25 million square meters, with a total industrial value of 40 billion yuan, and 9 national assembly building industrial bases have been built. There were more than 10 backbone enterprises in the whole industrial chain of assembly building in the province, and more than 20 well-known and first-class enterprises, which have formed the pattern of Hunan assembly building group army. 

In terms of green building materials, there are nearly 2000 building materials enterprises in Hunan province, accounting for 6.62% of the added value of the province's scale industry, ranking seventh among 13 industrial categories. In terms of energy saving and emission reduction, and green development goal, the energy consumption of industrial added value of building materials industry above the scale of the province will be reduced by 18%, the total amount of waste comprehensive utilization will increase by 5%, the cement bulk ratio will reach 70%, and the proportion of new wall material output will reach 80% by 2020.

Therefore, the CESEXPO will set up assembly building and green building materials exhibition to promote the green construction industry forward in Hunan Province.
