The former site of the General Logistics Department of the Red Army is located in Xiushui Village, Wenming Yao Township, Rucheng County, 46 kilometers away from the county. In the first ten days of November 1934, the Red Army's Long March troops passed through the Department of Civilization of Rucheng County. According to the needs of the March, combined with the local geography, humanities and combat environment, the General Logistics Department of the Chinese Workers'  and Peasants' Red Army camped in the ancestral hall of Zhu Family in Xiushui Village, Wenming township.

The former site of the General Logistics Department of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army was built in 1840 A.D. in Daoguang County of the Qing Dynasty. It is a two-story earthen tile house with a height of 9 meters, a length of 20 meters and a width of 12 meters. It covers an area of about 240 square meters. The ancestral hall is composed of a hall and two side rooms with an area of about ten square meters. In front of the ancestral hall is a hall built by the villagers in the 17th century. There are farmers' houses behind and on the left side and also a hall built at the same time as the ancestral hall on the right side.

According to the local old man Zhu Zhengwang, the staff of the General Logistics Department of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army camped in the ancestral hall, preparing meals and supplies for the Red Army every day. They were very busy. However, whenever he had time, he would preach revolutionary principles to the masses. On the board of the ancestral hall, some red army slogans were left, such as "the Red Army is the army of workers and peasants, and the White Army is the army of warlords.".
