Nanta Park, located in the central urban area of Chenzhou City, north to Nanta Road, west to South Guoqing Road, south to Xiangxue Road, east to Youth Avenue, with a planned area of 460 mu, the highest altitude of 250.1 m., is a city-level comprehensive park with good cultural heritage and ecological protection, and the theme of displaying local history and folk culture.

Culture is the soul of the park. In the process of creating a civilized city in China, Chenzhou City has vigorously promoted the publicity of creative works with the help of parks in urban areas. Nanta Park has a profound cultural background to create a stronger cultural atmosphere, and its functions are becoming more and more perfect. Through continuous renovation, Nanta Park has developed from a single tourist attraction to a theme park of ideological and moral education for minors, which is popular with the public.

Nanta Park also actively cooperated with the surrounding schools, jointly built a youth education base, and organized spring and autumn outings in the park for students to let students feel the "book fragrance" outside the school. In addition, the park played more attention to the integration of historical culture, humanistic landscape and landscape art, so that teenagers can add wisdom when appreciate exquisite landscape. Nanta Park has added many advertisement boards full of appreciation and cultural elements. Each plate has a theme, which transplants the socialist core values into it with pictures and texts.

Nanta Park kept up with the main theme of the times while carrying forward traditional culture, added scenery related to "popularization of science and inspiration", built the Source of Chinese Characters, Four Treasures of Study, Yiyi Square, Wudaotai and cultural sketches to let teenagers understand China's extensive and profound traditional culture. At the same time, statues of sages from past dynasties were erected in the park, so that teenagers can learn their praises and good deeds, and encourage Chenzhou students to keep working hard.
