It was learned that from August 27, 2014, 7 uncivilized behaviors as running a red light, and etc. would be punished by the traffic department with the maximum level of 50yuan/time.
Based on some rules listed on “the traffic safety law of the PRC” (2013 implementation rules for road traffic safety), Chenzhou traffic department would punish following 7 behaviors:
Pedestrian who crosses traffic quarantine barriers will be fined with 20yuan; pedestrian who runs a red light and crosses road without following zebra will be fined with 20yuan; people who use planning tool in road will be fined with 20yuan; people who drive reversely by non-motor vehicle will be fined with 50yuan; people who run a red light by non-motor vehicle will be fined with 50yua; children who are under 12-year-old drive bicycle or tricycle will be fined with 50yuan; and children who are under 16-year old drive electric bicycle will be fined with 50yuan.
