It was the key stage for submitting nomination of establishment of national civilized city, in order to well prepare for Hunan provincial assessment of the level of urban civilization, Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment placed greatly attention on it and took active actions to perform its responsibilities and carry out different measures for the promotion of the establishment of civilized city.

Regarding the practical condition of lacking of public advertisements on public bus tops, Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment acquired 96 showcases of the public bus stops from the advertisement companies and posted some public advertisements on propagandizing of establishment of national civilized city and establishment of national sanitary city, which greatly helped to improve the propaganda effects and create better establishment atmosphere for the whole society. Furthermore, it also carried out the checking of public stops in its area to repair the waiting pavilions and facilities and allocated some staffs to handle the cleaning work there.

At the meantime, Chenzhou Construction Investment tried great efforts to promote the management of projects construction sites by different measures, such as setting the protection walls, cleaning the vehicles on the entrance/exit of the construction site to ensure the clean condition of urban roads, and etc.; it also hired 8 people to take charge of some establishment work in its responsibility section of Chenjiang road; it placed 30,000yuan on improving the infrastructure condition, living condition, and people’s civilization quality in some joint-constructed communities of Jiefangli.
