It was reported that 2014 China Hunan Tourism Industry Expo ( short for “Tourism Industry Expo”) would be held in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 19-21, 2014.

As one of the theme activities, the souvenirs of excellent landscapes (cities) of Hunan province and the essential purchases of Hunan tourism would be selected out from 2014 “Shaping Hunan embroidery cup” China Hunan tourism products contest. As told by the organization committee of the contest, till now, 132 works and 83 products have been submitted for contest of souvenirs of excellent landscapes (cities) of Hunan province and the essential purchases of Hunan tourism.

The contest of souvenirs of excellent landscapes (cities) of Hunan province focused on the souvenirs and crafts’ cultural elements, tourism features and significance for the landscapes (cities). The contest of the essential purchases of Hunan tourism was another point of the tourism products contest. All the essential purchases should meet the demands of tourism market and undertake the cultural elements of Hunan area.

Today, all the entries from 14 cities and autonomous prefectures of Hunan province would be shown on Hunan tourism products contest stand set in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. In this afternoon, the peer-reviewed group formed by some experts, scholars and leaders from tourism product industry would gather together to review all the entries. 7 golden medals, 14 silver medals, and 20 bronze medals were set for this contest of the souvenirs of excellent landscapes (cities) of Hunan province.

Furthermore, the essential purchases of Hunan tourism would be reviewed by the same peer-reviewed group, but it was just accounted for 70% weight, while the rest 30% was dependant on citizens’ voting result. During this selection period, citizens who came to visit the expo could attend this voting by Wechat or log in the official web: tz.hnt.gov.cn.

The exhibition is free for all citizens.

Location

Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center was located in Chenzhou Avenue of Suxian district where was enclosed by Chenxian road, Qianying Avenue, Chenzhou Avenue and Xueyuan road. It was about 10.1kms, 17.9kms, and 14.7kms from Chenzhou train station, Chenzhou Xi high speed train station and Chenzhou bus terminal respectively. Pubic bus lines 33, 21, 27 and 59 are past from the exhibition center.

3 temporary public bus lines would be operated during the expo period from 8:00a.m. -17:00p.m. in every 30 minutes.

Catering

The catering zone is set in the west side of first floor of Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center. Foods and drinks are available there for all visitors, exhibitors and staffs.

Notes:

1. The expo is open to public from Sep. 19-21 (before 15:00p.m.) , 2014. Teenagers under 18years old and the children need to be accompanies with the adults.

2. The sponsors are with the rights to stop the behaviors affected the operation of the expo and reject the persons to enter the expo.

3. All behaviors could damage the exhibition products and devices and hurt people there are prohibited on the exhibition hall.

4. Concerned for the exhibition products which need to be operated with special precautionary measures such as covering with shield or something else should be demonstrated or operated by the authorized people or when they are at presence.

5. Service centers of 110, 120, 119, communications, electricity supply, and etc. were set on the exhibition center to grant the expo to be operated well.

Security

1. No entry for the explosives (such as gasoline, fireworks, lighter, and etc.) and pets;

2. No smoking on the exhibition center; all visitors should take care of themselves;

3. Detecting instruments are facilitated in the entrance of the expo, everyone needs to follow this checking process and then enter the exhibition hall orderly;

4. 110 alarm point is set in the west side of the entrance of second floor

Lottery

1. Time: every 10:00a.m. and 16:00p.m. during the expo period from Sep.19- 21, 2014;

2. Place: the second floor of Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center

3. Awards: special awards, first class awards, second class awards, third class awards and memorial awards accounted for 4200 ones were set in for the lotteries. The top bonus is 2000yuan voucher and lowest is 20yuan voucher. The rating for winning award is about 80%. Please refer to the post on site.
