Chenzhou Lianshan Manor is located in Hetou Village, Qifengdu Town, Suxian District, Hunan Province, close to the west river ecological scenery and is a set of ecological agriculture, comprehensive rural tourism development, green agricultural products deep processing, sales and ecological health care in one of the original ecological leisure agricultural park. The company made great efforts to make the manor as a demonstration spot of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Hunan Province, five star leisure agriculture manor in Hunan, and a global tourism demonstration spot in Suxian District with the business concept of "Survive on quality, create benefits with management, win-win development".

The project was invested by the Chenzhou Huahan Xihe Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd with contracted circulation land of 2260 mu and the overall layout can be summarized as "one center, one park and eight areas". One center is the comprehensive service center; one garden is the Taiwan style agricultural industrial park; eight areas includes the flower viewing area, ecological vegetable growing area, green leisure recreation area, traditional farming experience area, health care area, characteristic aquatic fishing area, environmental protection agricultural processing zone and style plaza playing area. The project, a total investment of 120 million yuan and 5 years of construction period, was divided into 3 phases to construct and will be completed in 2020. The project was guided by the professional team led by Vice President of Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic and Professor Tan Zaihong who is one of the China leisure agriculture experts, and planted the ecological agriculture in Taiwan and the refined agriculture elements in the park to make the Lianshan Manor become the large-scale comprehensive ecological manor with the rural leisure tourism as the carrier, Taiwan agriculture and agricultural products as the main body and deep processing of ecological agricultural products in Taiwan for the purpose.
