“300million yuan planned investment for the first phase of Feitian City of Suxian district has been finished, as well as the main body project and decoration of exterior of visitors center,” introduced by the official of Suxian Feitian City project. In recent days, series key cultural tourism projects of Suxian district are being promoted rapidly.

When reporters arrived at Heping village of Feitianshan town, 70% of Yinxing Manor which is the sample project for rural housing industrialization has been finished and the land leveling work for Huaxi Valley Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing Park which is with the functions of traveling, science popularization, catering, and leisure is being promoted fluently there.

Concerned for the cultural tourism project, Peng Shengzhi- Secretary of Suxian District Party Committee said: “Suxian district is with rich tourism resources and abundant culture. The cultural tourism projects and cultural tourism industry should be improved by the promotion of the mainbody of Feitian Cultural Industrial Park.” It was introduced that the district would try great efforts on establishing national demonstration area of popular tourism in 2016, which was purposely to drive its development of cultural tourism industry. It would focus on 10 key projects as Feitian Tourism Cultural Industrial Park, Chenzhou Roll of Wangxianling Ecological Park, Chenzhou Tourism Culture Complex, Xihe Sports Park Aquatic Park, Broad Yinxing Manor, Huaxi Valley Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing Park, and etc. Currently, 800million yuan has been finished for the projects.

In order to accelerate the construction of cultural tourism projects, Suxian district figured out “four-year action” for the cultural tourism industry. A specified leadership mechanism was confirmed that a district level leader would be deployed to follow 1-2 key cultural tourism projects and help to solve the problems. Green channel, monitoring mechanism, and accountability scheme were set to accelerate the check and approval processes of key projects. Till now, 30 problems hindered on the way of the promotion of projects have been settled well.
