Qu Hai Leads a Team to Attract Investments from Shenzhen

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led a team to visit Shenzhen city and attract investments there.

This team focused on accurate targets on gems, big data, and other industrial chain development issues to visit relative companies accordingly, such as Cuilu Group- the first class 2 gold exchange platform of China, Autel Tech- leading company of vehicle diagnosis and unmanned aerial vehicles, Salcomp- world’s leading company of chargers of mobile phones and tablets, Kingdee- China’s leading company of software, and Huawei- world’s top telecommunication technology company.

Qu introduced that Chenzhou city is with abundant resources, elegant ecological environment, convenient transportation condition, opening atmosphere, and sound business condition. It is the bridge-head of Hunan province reform and opening up, as well as the city of Hunan province with fastest development during “12th five-year plan”, placing the leading place on “red triangle” area of Hunan, Guangdong, and Jiangxi province. The key point concerned for the fast development of Chenzhou city was that it kept docking with the Pearl River Delta and learning experience of reform and opening up from Shenzhen and Guangzhou city. Currently, Chenzhou city was listed as the core area of the State’s poverty alleviation of Luoxiao mountainous areas and key place of strategic development of Pan- Pearl River Delta area. It was also confirmed as the new increasing pole of Hunan provincial economic development by Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government. So there are series polices were favored to Chenzhou city where is on the key stage of transformation and upgrading of resource-oriented economy and undertaking industrial transfer. Qu expressed his hope to introduce a batch of powerful high-tech enterprises and high-level talents into Chenzhou city and work together on further opening up and innovative development.

Qu interpreted Chenzhou city’s advantages on gem industry, “microclimate” on development of big data industry, planning on the development of smart city, ecommerce poverty alleviation, popular tourism, low altitude economy, and etc. to the enterprises listed above personally. He sincerely invited them to attend CMGS which will be opened in this month in Chenzhou city. The official of Autel Tech expressed his hope to place investment on trial flight base of unmanned aerial vehicle; the official of Cuilu Group stated that they will attend this CMGS and investigate Chenzhou city’s Gem Industrial Park; and the principals of Salcomp, Kingdee and Huawei said they are willing to carry out deeper cooperation with Chenzhou city and introduce it to more partners.

Qu Hai also visited some famous experts and scholars from Hunan province and sincerely hoped that they can introduce more opening ideas and results to the hometown, and present more comments and suggestions to promote further development of the hometown, as well as introduce more technological results and high-level talents to the hometown.

Qu asked the officials who accompanied with this investigation to keep contacting with the county fellows of Chenzhou city and encourage them to support the development of the hometown. He also required them to introduce more experience of opening up, industrial transformation, and innovation-driven development back to Chenzhou city and well apply them to promote Chenzhou city’s development.
