It was reported that the first phase of "Sanxiangsishui" entrepreneurship city of Zixing city was opened on April 29,2016. More than 1000 entrepreneurs gathered there to fight for their dreams together. It was introduced that the city is about 0.1million square meters big, which is the largest one available in Chenzhou city under current situation.

The city is located in the entrance of Dongjiang Lake-national 5A landscape. All the infrastructure of 668 stores and rest of the city were invested by Zixing finance. Special foods, fruit, fish, vegetable, craft, and tourism e-commerce are available in the city where is aimed to be forged as the "internet+ tourism and relative industries cluster " of "production base+ real stores+ e-commerce". The city is being handled out by two phases. Currently, the fist phase has been completed, while the second one will be finished in this October.

"In recent years, we tried best to lay solider entrepreneurship foundation, enhance the guidance of policies, build platform, and create entrepreneurship atmosphere, which was purposely to improve Zixing city to be a sound entrepreneurship base with most favorable and best condition of Hunan province," introduced by He Zunqing- Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee. The city launched "one family, one industrial staff" project firstly in China in 2012. 50million yuan special training funds are placed by Zixing finance annually. In recent years, 982 training courses have been handled out by the city, and 49,000 people were benefited from it. More than 10,000 of them started their businesses after the training, which great helped to lay solid foundation for its"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".

Zixing city launched the entrepreneurship city project in last year and issued series favorable policies for the innovation and entrepreneurship, which greatly mobilized local people's enthusiasm on entrepreneurship.
