It was reported that the badminton game of adult group of first Chenzhou Games was closed in Zixing Sports Center on September 26, 2015. 88 athletes from 11 teams of counties and districts of Chenzhou city fought against each other in 7 items.

The badminton game was started on September 23, 2015. Athletes’s great performances made all audience immerse into the competition.

After 4-day intense competition, all matches were finished on September 26, 2015. Song Yong who was from Zixing team, Sai Gang from Linwu county, and Li Bin from Zixing team won the first, second and third place of men’s individuals respectively. Lei Junling from Zixing team, Li Xinwei from Yizhang team, and Li Juhua from Jiahe team won first, second and third place of women’s individuals respectively. Duan Ruigang & Hu Fei from Zixing team, Chen Cheng & Huang Yong from Jiahe team, and Xiao Shenghong & Xiao Qianli from Yizhang team won first, second and third place of men’s doubles. Xu Yihong & Song Yong from Zixing team, Deng Yuanyuan & Liu Zhengming from Guiyang team, and Xie Peiling & Li Bin from Zixing team won the first, second and third title of mixed doubles. Zixing team, Yongxing team and Yizhang team won first, second and third place of the men’s team competition, while Beihu district, Jiahe team and Zixing team won the women’s team competition respectively.
