On March 29, 2016, before the opening of 1st Chenzhou Merchants Conference & investment attraction docking conference of “welcoming county fellows to improve the home town”, Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City worked as salesmen to discuss with the merchants about the development and cooperation and promote the investment attraction.

He Jun- Director of 4th Engineering Co., Ltd. of Zhonggang Construction Group whose ancestral home was Suxian district could not help to stop talking with them. As introduced by him, the group was devoting to working together with some governments on “PPP” projects. “We sincerely hope can contribute our efforts on promoting the improvement of hometown.”

“Have you found the profit points for the ‘PPP’ projects?” asked Yi Pengfei after listening to He Jun’s speech, “for long term and substantial effects, all projects should be promoted with earnings and profits.”

“Currently, we are working on the promotion of Guixin expressway and some other expressway projects. Sincerely hope we can have the chance to work together,” Yi delivered the invitation to He Jun.

“Of course, we are interested in it.” He Jun confirmed positively. He shared the contact with the official of Chenzhou transportation department and appointed the time to discuss more details.

“We settled the business with Chenzhou city in last September and established first ‘rural Taobao pilot’ of Hunan province in Guiyang county. According to the statistics, the pilot was operated well with sound effects. Last month, we signed framework agreement with Zixing city. We planned to settle the cooperation with Rucheng county in next step, and then spread the businesses in whole Chenzhou city,” introduced Li Yongqiang- Manager of Hunan Area of Alibaba Rural Business Division on the conference.

“We sincerely welcome Alibaba to place the investment in Chenzhou city and deepen the cooperation with each other,” said Yi Pengfei, “we hope that besides introducing the commodities of other areas into Chenzhou city via the rural e-merchants of Alibaba, Chenzhou city’s rural products can be sold nationwide as well from the cooperation. That is the key well-being issue to increase local people’s income.”

“We sincerely hope that with the assistance of rural e-merchants of Alibaba, Chenzhou peasants can enjoy high quality consumption as the urban residents, as well as Chenzhou city’s good rural products can be promoted to other places. It is purposely to promote the transformation from tradition agriculture to modern agriculture and reach the target of scaled, standardized, industrialized, and green production of agriculture.”
