In order to introduce strategic cooperation institutes of investment attraction and help to solve the financing problem faced by some enterprises, Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission introduced China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., Hunan Stock Exchange Institute, and Hunan Small and Medium-sized Financing Service Co., Ltd. into Chenzhou city and established strategic cooperation relationship with them. Li Ping- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and First Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the signing ceremony.

It was learned that the three companies will provide comprehensive financing and securities services for Chenzhou city and help to promote the development of Chenzhou enterprises. At the meantime, Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission will try best to issue 50million yuan loans and 3billion yuan bonds for small and medium-sized enterprises of Chenzhou city and help 50 enterprises to be listed in Hunan Stocks Exchange Institute. Emergency system for the loans of small and medium-sized enterprises will be established to upgrade the capital management and risk control capacity. It will guide the enterprises to join in multilevel capital market to decrease their financing cost. Some financing institutes as venture funds, small and medium-sized enterprises financing guarantee, and etc. will be introduced into or set up in Chenzhou city by crowdfunding, and internet financing and finance lease will be improved in the city as well.

Li Ping said it is the growth stage of industrial development and key stage for optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, Chenzhou city is knee in the improvement of modern financing market and deepening integrated development of finance and industry to accelerate its promotion of the strategy of “keeping leading role of industry, improving overall development”. The signing of strategic agreement indicated the beginning of deepening cooperation and integrated development with China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., Hunan Stock Exchange Institute, and Hunan Small and Medium-sized Financing Service Co., Ltd. Li expressed his hope that all departments especially the economy work departments can improve the docking mechanism and guide the cooperation between enterprises and financial institutions to promote the upgrading and transformation of enterprises.
