On March 17, 2016, Chenzhou city organized some subordinate departments, counties and districts, and industrial parks to handle joint evaluation for the projects planned to be signed on the first Chenzhou Merchants Assembly & investment partnering meeting of “welcoming county fellows return to hometown”. The qualified projects will be signed on the promotion conference of the assembly.

23 pre-signing projects covered with 14.88billion yuan investment (14.16billion of which was introduced there) have been submitted for evaluation after the preliminary work. On the conference, some subordinate departments as Development and Reform, Land and Resources, Environmental Protection, and Planning evaluated all the projects and proposed some comments.

He Jianxiang stated that promotion of projects is one of the key points for promoting economic development, so the evaluation of projects should be reliable. All counties and districts should enhance the docking with subordinate departments to improve the preliminary work and confirm the feasibility of submitted projects. The analysis of the feasibility of all projects should be well handled to ensure the accuracy of the projects. At the meantime, the subordinate departments should play their best role to serve for the cities and districts.
