Direct Docking between Chenzhou City and Amer Group
Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated International Mineral Resources Exchange Center which is being handled by Amer Group
Chenzhou Government signed the strategic framework agreement with Shenzhen Amer Group in this January. In order to promote its development, Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City and some other leaders of Chenzhou city docked with Wang Wenyin- Chairman of the Board of Amer Group directly.
From the beginning of this year, some projects as supply chain, Hunan (Chenzhou) International Mineral Exchange Center, and Mineral & Gem Industrial Park which were invested by Amer Group were being promoted rapidly, Concerned for Hunan (Chenzhou) International Mineral Exchange Center, they are working on the study of trading categories and development of electronic exchange system, while 250million yuan offline trading have been settled and 10billion yuan trading volume would be fulfilled in this year. Concerned for the Mineral and Gem Industrial Park, more than 10 mineral and gem projects, such as jade green gold, Chenim jewelry town, rare and precious metals processing, international mineral crystal (gem) appraisement center, mineral resources assessment center, and etc. have been confirmed to be settled down there.
They negotiated some details on the construction of Mineral and Gem Industrial Park, investment attraction, land requisition and demolishing, infrastructure construction, coordination and docking of projects, coordination of lands, removal of rod lines, water supply network, and etc. Detailed time schedule and accountability were specified as well.
Wang Wenyin said Chenzhou city is with great advantages on location, transportation, and ecological resources and it is one of the important poles for Hunan province development of “13th five-year plan”. The more important thing is that Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government keeps placing more supports on the key projects construction, which grants the city with sound atmosphere of doing things, as well as confidence for placing investment there. Wang stated that Amer Group considered Chenzhou city as a significant strategic supporting point for its global investment strategy, so he sincerely hoped both parties can work together to contribute more for Chenzhou city’s further development.
Yi Pengfei said that the exchange platform of international mineral resources should be further improved to play its best advantages. He hoped that both two parties can cooperate well to improve the operation of the platform, improve Chenzhou city to be a low-lying land of minerals exchange in Hunan province even China, and improve its development of non-ferrous metals industry.
Yi stated that the preliminary work of Mineral and Gem Industrial Park should be further accelerated to ensure its substantial development in this year. The time schedule, processing schedule, and accountability mechanism should be specified to deploy relative work for relative departments and individuals. More attention should be placed on investment attraction from powerful enterprises, especially on playing the best role of Amer Group’s national influence to attract more enterprises to settle down there. A coordination work team should be set up with Amer Group to figure out perfect operation mechanism, handle scheduling work, and solve problems.
Qu Hai expressed his hope on promoting the projects construction and reaching win-win cooperation between two parties. He also hoped that some weak points on talents and capitals can be made up by playing the best advantages of Amer Group, and then promote the effective development of Chenzhou city by utilizing the rich resources of Chenzhou city.
Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city and officials of relative sub-ordinate departments attended the symposium.
