“Stricter responsibility mechanism should be implemented and more perfect working measures should be carried out to make sure every CMGS to be handled out better than last time,” emphasized Yi Pengfei on the scheduling conference of the 4th CMGS.

Currently, all the commercial stands had been booked out in this March. Concerned for the international exhibitors, more than 80 clients from 40 countries as the USA, Germany, Australia, Canada, and etc. booked over 500 stands which was 300 more than last time; concerned for domestic exhibitors, clients from 21 provinces and cities booked over 800 stands; and concerned for HK, Macau and Taiwan exhibitors, clients booked over 200 stands. 800 stands are used to display mineral crystals and scientific education materials. The exhibits for the show have been delivering to Chenzhou city gradually and other work on investment attraction, infrastructure construction, arrangement of exhibits, security, and etc. are being promoted smoothly.

Yi Pengfei highly affirmed the achievements on the preliminary preparation work and specified the scheduling for the work in next stage.

Yi stated that the responsibility consciousness should be further enhanced. All staffs of the departments should be aware that the decision of fixing CMGS in Chenzhou city permanently and successful CMGS highly concern for Chenzhou city’s opening up, improvement of the development of tertiary industry, and promotion of the transformation and upgrading of mine industry which is with the main body of non-ferrous metals. Exhibition economy and real economy should be combined together and relative industries should be combined together as well on the basis of the carrier of CMGS to improve Chenzhou city to be international low-lying land of exchange of mineral resources and mining rights.

Yi also pointed out that the sense of urgency should be enhanced as well. The key point concerned for the effects of the CMGS is investment attraction, so more efforts should be paid on it to upgrade the scale and quality of the show and promote the settlement of relative projects. The key point concerned for the success of the CMGS is security, so more attention should be placed on keeping social stability by deploying work to relative departments scientifically and fighting against the illegal behaviors. The key point concerned for the impression of the CMGS is reception work, so coordination work should be further enhanced to handle the reception work and upgrade the service quality. The key point concerned for the influence of the show is propaganda, so further propaganda work with the theme of “Attractive CMGS, Global Sharing” should be highlighted.
Yi said the leadership and responsibility mechanism should be specified that all departments should take charge of relative work on investment attraction, arrangement of exhibits, security, and propaganda accordingly and make sure the CMGS to be handled out better than last time.
