On June 22, Deputy Mayor Zhou Hailin led the relevant departments to investigate on the construction of comprehensive bonded area and the development of some foreign trade enterprises in the Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

It was understood that Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area was officially approved in December 16, 2016. At present, the preliminary preparation work of controlled detailed planning has been completed, the industrial development planning work has been started, and the Administration Committee organization work has been approved by Provincial Commission Office to set up the section level Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Area Management Bureau. The structural designs of construction projects have been basically completed and the fumigation field and laboratory building renovation project have been closed off.

At the forum, the investigation group learned more about the construction of the comprehensive bonded area and the development of some foreign trade enterprises in the park, and analyzed and studied the difficulties and problems. The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the leadership and schedule, clear the task scheduler, and set project schedule in reversed order to complete the construction of comprehensive bonded area on time; to strengthen co-ordination, cooperate closely to form a joint effort to promote the work; to strengthen the progress of the projects, improve the hardware construction of infrastructure and software construction of information systems, and maintain a good image of comprehensive bonded area while accelerating the construction. The meeting required that the park should strengthen the communication with enterprises and improve the service to promote enterprise development; should listen to the aspirations of enterprises to solve the problems of enterprise development; should highlight the investment, attract large and strong investment to expand the scale of the park; should cluster industries to expand the industrial chain.
