Recently, the author was informed from the "Internet + supervision" work leading group office in Zixing that the city is stepping up the financial public data collection at village level and actively builds the "Internet + supervision" platform.

To innovate supervision methods, expand public participation and solve corrupt problem, the city relied on the existing e-government Internet cloud platform resources to actively build the "Internet + supervision" platform setting of the public, supervision, accountability, analysis and decision making in one. It was reported that the people's livelihood funds projects, township party and government affairs, and village finance affairs will be opened online through this platform to improve the transparency of work, promote data sharing, achieve a high degree of integration of work information in the people's livelihood fields and department, and provide strong support for higher authorities to grasp the social situation and public opinion, and promote scientific decision-making. At the same time, the platform makes full use of the Internet, big data and information technology means to promote the discipline inspection and supervision organs, financial departments and audit institutions to improve supervision methods and the ability to discover problems, troubleshoot clues, and implement supervision to achieve the accurate prevention of corruption and strict supervision of power operation. To ensure the work implementation on time, the city has cleared the lead units and responsible units around the platform construction, information disclosure, supervision and accountability, security and other tasks, and the responsible units have accordingly defined the responsible leaders and liaison.

Till now the Municipal Finance Bureau and other functional departments have taken the lead in completing the liquidation of the people's livelihood, and the livelihood fund public directory and factor acquisition form design have been completed. The city will pay close attention to organize the livelihood fund project business data sorting, collection, online reporting and so on in the second half of 2017.
