Chenzhou will focus on industrial projects, fully stimulate the vitality of private investment, actively expand effective investment, vigorously implement the "12368" major industrial project promotion and leading plan, that is, striving to start 10 new major industrial projects with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan, building more than 200 major industrial reserve projects with a total investment of more than 100 million yuan, and focusing on dispatching and promoting 300 major industrial projects with an single investment of more than 100 million yuan to complete the annual industrial investment of more than 150 billion yuan, and ensure the proportion of industrial investment and private investment over 60% and 80% respectively.
