On July 7, Huang Zhengrong, Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee, went to Xingning Town and Bailang Town to dispatch the preparations for the 2020 Hunan (Autumn) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival to be held in Zixing City.

Huang Zhengrong successively came to Pingshiwan water project, Zhongdong fishing ground, some homestays, Bailang wharf and other places to listen to the overall planning, progress of the project, difficulties encountered in the process of promotion and other reports, and on-site dispatching of the greening and quality improvement of the road around lake, landscape lighting, rural environment improvement, and Bailang tourism wharf upgrading and transformation.

It was reported that the 2020 Hunan (Autumn) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival will be held in Xingbai area of Zixing in the second half of the year. At present, the construction of cultural and tourism projects in Xingbai area is advancing orderly, and the overall progress is good. Some key projects are expected to be completed in July or enter the substantive implementation stage.

Huang Zhengrong stressed that we should attach great importance to it ideologically, take advantage of the opportunity of the tourism festival to speed up the progress of the project, seize the time node, standardize the management, ensure the quality and quantity of the preparations for the festival; on the premise of protecting the ecological environment of Dongjiang Lake, we should promote the construction of Tourism Festival projects in an orderly manner, and ensure the tourism while providing tourists with high-quality and comfortable tourism services; to further improve the environment along the line, standardize the architectural style, carry out environmental beautification and greening, and better display the original ecological style and features of Dongjiang Lake; to seize the opportunity of this tourism festival to boost the high-quality development of tourism industry and economy and society in the whole city.
