On October 27, Ouyang Feng, member of the Standing Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary General of the Municipal Party Committee, visited Bailang Town to investigate the preparations for the 2020 Hunan (Autumn) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival. Huang Zhengrong, Secretary of the Zixing Municipal Party Committee, participated in the investigation.

Ouyang Feng and his party successively went to Langyuewan Homestay, town parking lot, wharf square, the main venue of the Tourism Festival, the campfire party, Ramada Hotel and other places for on-the-spot inspection. In view of the progress of various preparatory work, he conducted in-depth exchanges with relevant responsible persons, and supervised and improved the relevant work through on-site office work.

Ouyang Feng demanded that all relevant departments at all levels should improve their ideological understanding, strengthen organizational leadership, and in accordance with their functions and responsibilities, while strictly carrying out epidemic prevention and control, rapidly promote various preparatory work; strengthen coordination and cooperation, speed up progress, improve infrastructure construction, and ensure the smooth completion of the objectives and tasks of Hunan (Autumn) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival as scheduled.
