Some activities of 2020 Hunan (Autumn) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival will be held in Bailang Wharf of Zixing City from October 30 to November 8, 2020. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the event, according to the relevant provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", traffic control will be implemented on some sections around the festival site. The specific announcement is as follows: 

First, the control time and road sections are as follows:

1.From 17:00 to 21:00 on October 30, traffic control will be implemented on the section from the entrance of Yunshuiwan Hotel in phase I of Huanhu Road in Zixing City to the intersection of the old shipyard at Bailang Wharf;

2.From 8:00 to 15:00 on October 31, traffic control will be carried out the intersection of Changyingtou Road, Huanhu Road phase I and irrelevant vehicles are prohibited to enter Changyu Highway, Huanhu Road phase I and Bailang Wharf.

During the above-mentioned traffic control period, irrelevant vehicles are prohibited to pass through the traffic control area and road sections, and vehicles are prohibited to park on the roads within the control area.

Second, vehicles participating in the opening ceremony of the Festival can park in the designated parking lot. When the designated parking lot reaches saturation, the vehicles are allowed to park in the temporary parking area of Xingbai Highway under the command of the staff, and the vehicles are allowed to park in single row and orderly close to the right side of the road.

Third, the traffic control area should be invited to adjust the travel plan in advance according to the control time and road section. Please obey the traffic control regulations and the traffic police's command. Those who violate the law will be punished by the Traffic Management Department of Public Security.
