It was learned from the review and scheduling conference for the third quarter’s infrastructure construction in Chenzhou urban area that 13.849 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled in 211 urban area’s infrastructure construction projects, covering 72.37% of annual task, up 16.3%.

From the beginning of 2013, especially after holding the on-site promotion conference for “one-hundred-day campaign” of key projects, the projects construction was promoted rapidly with enhanced measures and some achievements were reached accordingly. 70 projects among the 93 new ones were started with an operation rate of 75.2%, fulfilling 5.06 billion yuan investment with a rate of 67.8% of annual plan. 8.79 billion yuan was placed on 118 continuous projects, covering 75.3% of annual plan. Till now, 25 projects as first phase of Lishushan, extension section of Chenjiang road, Chenzhou Sports Center, Suxian Blessing Square, etc. have been finished or basically finished.

It was required on the conference that all the departments should seize the chance to carry out the construction issues with enhanced measures to make sure all target to be over fulfilled. A report of the implementation condition on problems of infrastructure construction projects dispatched in this September was delivered on the conference.
