It was reported that a concentrated approval meeting for Chenhou urban area’s key projects was held on November 4, 2013. Lu Yong who is the principal of Chenzhou Culture and Art Center project settled two issues in 5 minutes at the meeting. Lu highly appraised for this kind of high efficiency. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the meeting and emphasized that further improvement should be upgraded on approval efficiency to promote projects construction.

The meeting was divided into two phases as “discussion” and “approval”.

At the first phase, principals of relative departments delivered their reports on the procedure settlement condition of Chenzhou urban area’s key projects and discussed together on the problems hindered on the way of accelerated procedure settlement.

At the second approval phase, principals of relative departments gathered together to handle the approval issues. 49 procedures for 35 projects were settled down in just 30 minutes.

Zhou Mi who is a staff of a real estate project attended such kind of concentrated approval action for second time and was highly impressed with its high efficiency to save a lot of time for their project construction.

Qu Hai emphasized at the meeting that further acceleration on projects approval should be achieved in following stage by focusing on key points. All the departments should simplify the procedure with higher efficiency and better service; all the projects owners should enhance the communication with relative departments to make well preparation work and fulfill the targets with faster construction speed; all the departments should strengthen the projects promotion to ensure all the projects to meet the time schedule well, especially for the major projects of“one-hundred-day campaign”; all the projects owners should figure out the responsible system to solve the problems on the construction process and encourage the construction units to handle the construction issues well with high quality; all the departments should provide with sound production factor supports as land and funds supports to make sure the projects to be promoted fluently.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the meeting as well.
