It was reported that Zhong Xiaomi- Deputy Secretary of Party Group and Vice Chairman of Hunan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions visited Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on November 5, 2013. Zhong was amazed to see such great achievements of the construction within such intense time schedule.

Zhong highly affirmed the labor contest of “one-hundred-day campaign” for Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center and stated that all the contests were carried out with specified tasks to ensure the safety, quality and progress. At the meantime, with the forceful and effective measures, some typical examples were set to encourage all relative departments to try their best to promote the construction issues of the project.

Chen Hao-Vice-general Manager of Hunan Construction Engineering Group said: “thanks to the innovative mechanism, the project can be promoted well according to the time schedule. Compared with former labor contest held within our group, this contest was promoted by trade unions and was with totally different effects. ”

It was learned that Chenzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions released a notice for the labor contest among 117 key projects during the “one-hundred-day campaign” period on October 10, 2013. All the projects owners and construction sites followed the requirements of the notice to figure out their solutions to fight for the contests. It was no exception for Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The new contest solution figured out by the project owner was greatly helpful to ensure its progress. It was introduced that the exhibition hall of second floor and the southern square would be placed for operation before November 20, 2013 and the whole project would be finished before next May.
