Qu Hai Investigates Infrastructure Projects in Central Urban Area

When reporters arrived at the construction site of Chenzhou Cultural Arts Center, workers were working hard on the construction issues. It was introduced that all the preliminary work was handled out well for this project, and it was about to be handled the full-scale construction soon.

 

Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited the construction site of Chenzhou Cultural Arts Center for his first stop and emphasized that all the departments should pay much more attention on this top project of Chenzhou city’s public service infrastructure construction to ensure it would be finished on time with top quality.

 

The following stop for Qu’s investigation trip was the middle piece of Xiangxue road which was expected to ease the traffic pressure of Chenzhou urban area once finished. All the preliminary work of it has been fulfilled. Qu required that qualified construction team should be selected to handle this project with high quality.

 

Wenquan road project was under the full-scale construction currently. Once learned that some problems as the acquisition and relocation caused some influence for the acceleration of the project construction, Qu required that all the relative departments should strengthen the force to settle the problems hindered on the way and all the construction units should try best to fight for the difficulties and try best to finish the project before next May 1.

 

It was introduced that 60% of City Road East project has been completed till now. Qu required that the construction site should seize the best construction season to accelerate the speed and try to finish it sooner.

 

During the investigation, Qu stated that all the departments should follow the planning to carry out the construction issues and handle the scheduling issues accordingly.
Qu also investigated the relocation work for Chenzhou Municipal Retired Cadres Bureau and stated that all departments should try best to promote this relocation project on the basis of the development of old-aged service.

 

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Qu with this investigation.
