It was required by Chenzhou municipal government leaders after visiting some counties

Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee led an investigation team to visit Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, military subarea of Chenzhou city, Yongxing county and Guiyang county from May 23 to May 24, 2013 .

After listening to the working report delivered by the party group of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, Liu stated that the congress was the top national authority of China which played very important role in the development of society and economy. All the work handled by the congress would be respected and valued by him.
Liu visited military subarea of Chenzhou city in the same day. He highly affirmed the work carried out by the military subarea, especially on reform and open, economical and social development, urgency issues assistance, etc.. Liu also expressed his willing for the further cooperation with the military subarea.

In Yongxing county, Liu investigated 11 projects of new industrialization, infrastructure construction, and overall development of urban & rural areas. Liu pointed out that Yongxing county was in a rapid development condition on the construction of industrial park, new rural, transportation, and mechanism, further improvement should be placed on the industry promotion, project construction and urbanization to fulfill the target of happy Yongxing county.

On May 24, Liu and his team case to Guiyang county to investigate some factory workshops, enterprises, tobacco land, etc. to learn more details of the development condition in the county. After listening to the county’s working report, Liu asked that Guiyang county should set good examples on economic development, social harmony, and rectification of working style among all other counties of Chenzhou city.
