Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city investigated Hunan Non-ferrous Chenzhou Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.

Chenzhou city was well known as “city of non-ferrous metal”. It was kept as a key concern for Chenzhou city that how to improve the circular economy, how to increase the comprehensive utilization of resources and how to reuse the abandoned tailings? On June 5, 2013, Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Hunan Non-ferrous Chenzhou Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd to take the special investigation of circular economy.

Hunan Non-ferrous Chenzhou Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd was founded in 2009, which was with two main projects- Shizhuyuan associated fluorite tailings comprehensive recycling project and AHF project at the first phase of its construction. 237.13 million yuan sales revenue was hit in 2012 with 34.23 million yuan payment of tax. Some core technologies of the company were named national tailings recycling advanced technology "support unit" and "demonstration project" and were rewarded with China resources comprehensive utilization "Science and Technology Award". Chenzhou fluorite resources accounted for 40% of the total amount of China. According to the plan, further improvement of the industry chain would be carried out by the company to upgrade its comprehensive competitiveness.

Liu visited the flotation plant and recycling purification plant of the company and pointed out that Hunan Non-ferrous Chenzhou Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd was a resource comprehensive utilization project and a key project concerned for circular economy as well. It was the practical development demand for introducing the company to settle down in Chenzhou city. Further support should be placed by relative departments to accelerate its development speed with better economical condition. At the meantime, more strict management should be handled out by the company to enhance its core comprehensiveness and promote its sound and rapid development with safe and clean production condition.
