The working conference of Sun City healthy endowment community project was held in Chenzhou city on March 15, 2013. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that the project should be constructed with high standard to improve Chenzhou city as a demonstration city of international ecological endowment.

Sun City healthy endowment community project was planned to be built in Suxian district of Chenzhou city with about 6 billion yuan investment by South Africa Flyt Group. It was the first endowment project invested by foreign-owned enterprise. A comprehensive service system on old-aged medical rehabilitation, health care, endowment, etc. will be established once the project finished. It was aimed to provide a high level social endowment and old-aged professional service to Chenzhou people.

After carefully listening to the project report delivered by project owner and relevant department, Xiang stated that all departments should work together to improve this project which concerned for the establishment of livable city. Chenzhou city is in the aging society stage now, which highlights the endowment as a big social issue but also provides huge commercial opportunities to the city. In order to build a livable city, regional central city and international modern city, Chenzhou city should be upgraded with more attractiveness and comprehensive competitive advantages, especially on some weaknesses as medical treatment, healthy endowment, education and culture, etc..
Meanwhile, the healthy endowment industry should be constructed with high standards on planning, design, development, management and service to be improved as the top level endowment community in Hunan province.

Xiang also required that all departments should try their best to support the construction of this project to be completed within five years and to be improved as international ecological endowment city.
