Shorthand on Xiang Lili’s investigation on Xianling lake and Chongling river areas

Accompanied with spring rain, a team led by Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee took an investigation on Xianling lake, Chongling river areas.Followed by months investigation of water sightseeing around Chenzhou city by Xiang Lili and some principals of relative departments in 2012, Chenzhou government figured out the general idea to establish Chenzhou city to be famous landscape city. In order to promote the implementation of last year’s investigation result and find the way how to play more roles of water sightseeing to forge the international level landscape city, Xiang led a team for further on site investigation this time.

Spring rain, green mountain, fogging water surface, flying birds, etc. were attracted Xiang and the team members’ eyes when they visited Xianling lake. Besides that an undeveloped hot spring near the dam of Xianling lake was also impressed a perfect image on the member’s mind.

It was highly firmed Xiang Lili’s mind to forge the Xianling lake area to be a high level urban tour cluster after the on-site investigation for this lake. He stressed that it should be developed with high level planning and construction.

Chongling river is one of the main tributaries of Xiangjiang river with over 300kms. The second largest irrigation area of Hunan province- Ouyanghai reservoir is located in Guiyang county along Chongling river. Xiang took a visit of the river by speed boat and was shocked by such beautiful scenery of the river.

“Compared with the ready development plan for Dongjiang river, Chongling river is still lack of clear plan. On this point, the planning department and Guiyang county government should think it over and figure out the suitable plan sooner.”said Xiang.

Recently, Chongling river exploration plan was covered in Guiyang county’s urban tour cluster construction. New road leading to Chongling river would be launched soon. After checking the planning map, Xiang stated that it was one of the key projects for Guiyang county even Chenzhou city’s development, so more strengths should be placed on the Chongling river exploration with good planning, management and environment protection measures. At the mean time, Guiyang county should be improved with big city scale and pattern by handling the Chongling river tour cluster development.

At the end of the investigation trip, Xiang stated in order to establish the international livable landscape city, more opening up ideas and visions should be improved by Chenzhou government. Followed with the key exploration of water sightseeing, a famous landscape city with Chenzhou local features would be established soon and would attract worldwide attention.
