On the working conference of Chenzhou Professional Technician Institute expansion project, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that it should be improved to establish the first-class professional technician institute of Hunan province even China with this favorable chance of national demonstration area construction of undertaking industrial transfer. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference.
Chenzhou Professional Technician Institute was integrated by three technical schools in 2010. With three years improvement, now there are 11 majors with more than 5100 students in the institute now. It was approved as the first batch of secondary vocational demonstration school construction project and high-skilled talent training base project by the State Ministry of Education, State Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Ministry of Finance.
Xiang highly affirmed the institute achievements in recent years after carefully listening to the project construction report. Xiang stated that more attention should be paid to the technician education and technical talent cultivation. Per Chenzhou Professional Technician Institute, integrated with the education resources, its education condition and quality were with the first-class level in Hunan province. More favorable policies and funds should be issued to the institute to upgrade the institute’s technician education and technical talent cultivation.
Xiang also stated that the skillful technician was a key point concerned for the upgrading of Chenzhou undertaking industrial transfer. So Chenzhou Professional Technician Institute should try its best to seize the chance to cultivate more industrial workers and professional technicians to assist further improvement of Chenzhou city’s national demonstration area construction of undertaking industrial transfer.
Xiang said more scientific planning, reasonable regulatory control and innovative education mode should be handled by Chenzhou Professional Technician Institute to upgrade its management and education quality, highlight its features to attract more teachers and students and enhance its competitiveness accordingly. At the meantime, all departments should try their best to support the construction and development of Chenzhou Professional Technician Institute.
Qu Hai pointed out that overall vocational education development should be handled by Chenzhou government. More favorable policies and support should be paid to the institute to guarantee that it can provide the best talent service to Chenzhou city’s national demonstration area construction of undertaking industrial transfer.
