Following a Chenzhou style’s construction solution to carry out the ecological civilization construction

Recently, a promotion conference of ecological civilization construction & establishment of national forest city was held in Guidong county, Chenzhou city. It was required on the conference that more attention should be placed on the promotion of ecological civilization construction to promote the transformation development of Chenzhou city on the basis of the city’s practical condition. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee delivered an important speech on the conference. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City presented the working report on the conference. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the conference.

In the morning of the conference day, some representatives of the attendants visited the construction site of Guidong county’s ecological civilization construction. Followed with the ecological strategy, Guidong county carried out the issues of overall development of urban and rural areas with great efforts, which greatly helped to gain fruitful achievements. 

Xiang stated that much attention should be placed on playing the best role of ecological advantages to improve the development of Chenzhou city. As a high level human civilization style, ecological civilization was worthy to be improved well to open a new era of ecological civilization of Chenzhou city.

Xiang also pointed that the transformation development of Chenzhou should be promoted with the acceleration of ecological civilization construction. Such as the high efficient, recycling and green economical model, new urbanization style, well-being condition, etc. should be promoted on the promoted accordingly.

Xiang also emphasized that a Chenzhou style’s civilization construction should be established. The new style should be followed Chenzhou city’s practical condition and general development idea and targets.

Xiang required that all the departments and people should be more aware of the importance on the promotion of ecological civilization construction. Enhanced ecological civilization propaganda, leadership, support and guidance should be carried out in Chenzhou city to encourage more people join in this activity.

Qu Hai pointed out that all the departments should be with clear understanding of current condition for ecological civilization construction of Chenzhou city. Currently, three points should be paid much attention to, first was for the establishment of national forest city; second for the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading; and third for the retreatment of the environmental condition of urban and rural areas.

Qu required that new measures should be carried out to ensure that the objectives and tasks of ecological civilization to be fulfilled on time. Enhanced leadership, cooperation, propaganda and exploration should be promoted to handle the construction issues.

Some other issues were handled out on the conference as well, such as “Solution of further promotion of ecological civilization construction” was issued, some advanced units on the promotion of greening projects were awarded, and the principals of counties and districts submitted their liability forms.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
