It was reported the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation between Rucheng Government and Hunan Development Group was held in Changsha city on January 27, 2016. According to the agreement, both parties will work together on the development of hot spring, commerce & trade, mineral resources, and other aspects in Rucheng county. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Yang Guoping- Secretary of Hunan Development Group Party Committee and Director of the group attended the ceremony and delivered speeches there.

Hunan Development Group is a state-owned enterprise administrated by Hunan Government. About 60 subsidiary, holding, and share companies on land, mine, water & electricity, health, medical treatment, rail, funds, commerce & logistics, and other businesses are covered in the group. Followed the agreement, both two parties will work together on hot spring, health, urban internet+ commerce circulation system, mineral resources, and other fields, and try to improve Rucheng county to be an important pension industry cluster area and promote the transformation and upgrading of its mining economy.

Yang Guoping stated that the group would place more investments on Rucheng county and play the best advantages of the group as well as Rucheng county’s rich natural resources to promote the improvement of projects and boost Rucheng county’s industrial transformation and upgrading.

Yi Pengfei said more powerful strategic investors need to be introduced into Chenzhou city to assist its supporting and cultivation of market entities, promotion of poverty alleviation, development of modern logistics, and improvement of well-being condition. Yi also expressed his hope that the projects could be settled down as soon as possible and the mutual cooperation between the two parties could be promoted deeply with win-win profits.

Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress, Chen Dong- General Manager of Hunan Development Group, and some major officials of Rucheng county attended relative activities.
