Qu Hai checked Chenzhou city’s establishment of national sanitary city

It was reported that a special scheduling conference was held on January 14, 2014. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City called up some principals of department and sub-district to attend a special scheduling conference concerned for Chenzhou city’s establishment of national sanitary city.

The conference was started from the investigations on railway station’s square, farmers’ market of railway and some other weak points for the establishment work. Once learned that the railway the poor condition of railway farmers’ market troubled people around the area, Qu Hai reacted definitely that the government would try best to solve it at the soonest time.

Qu Hai stated that establishment of national sanitary city was concerned for people’s future life with better living condition, so all the departments should try best to handle it out well.
On the conference, the office of establishment of national sanitary city addressed the working report on the construction condition and some relative departments’ principals delivered speeches on further establishment work. Currently, the difficulty hindered on the way of establishment work was the environment renovation for villages in urban area and farmers’ markets in urban area. Hunan provincial Sanitary Office would carry out the inspection and acceptance issues in this March, so time is very hurry for Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai emphasized that all departments should unify the understanding and specify the target to carry out the establishment of sanitary city work. This work was concerned for further development of Chenzhou city and Chenzhou people’s well-being condition, so all levels of governments and party members should take active actions to join in the sanitary work and call for more social efforts to attend on it as well to fight for establishing national sanitary city successfully.

Qu Hai asked further propaganda work should be promoted in the whole Chenzhou city to mobilize more people attend in this establishment issue; the key difficulty hindered on the way should be paid more efforts to solve it at the soonest time; more specified guidance and better construction of demonstration areas should be carried out well to lead more areas to follow it accordingly; more strict responsibility system should be handled out to ensure the implementation of relative establishment work; better communication among relative departments should be strengthened to promote establishment work; enhanced assessment work should be carried out to make sure all work to be handled out well; and enhanced leadership should be placed on the establishment work to provide better support for it. Furthermore, all departments should play their roles well to support the establishment work.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference as well.
