It was reported that symposium on the presentation of advices for Chenzhou city’s further development was held on November 27, 2013 in Chenzhou city. Tan Ping- Administrative Vice Minister of Hunan Provincial United Front Work Department and Qu Hai- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the symposium and delivered speeches there. All the guests actively offered their advices on the construction of demonstration area of south Hunan undertaking industrial transfer and promotion of Hunan regional economic and social development.

“21st century will be a century of carbon materials.”stated by Doctor Dai Yu- Director of Hunan Dingli Technology Co., Ltd., “new material becomes the most important and basic part of high technology now, so many countries upgraded the development of new material as a priory project.” Dai also said, microcrystalline graphite and amorphous graphite are concentrated in Chenzhou city, especially for Lutang of Chenzhou city is with 67% global storage volume. In order to improve the technological content of the graphite industry, it should be followed the deepening process way to upgrade its quality accordingly.

Zhang Zuojiao- Member of Hunan Provincial CPPCC Standing Committee and Director of World Merchant House International Group Co., Ltd. expressed her ideas on the promotion of economy along high speed train lines. Zhang suggested that not to promote real estate there, but to develop the sustainable industrial chains to truly reveal the effects of undertaking industrial transfer.

Tan Ping appreciated all attendants’ suggestions on Hunan province’s development and hoped they can keep their support on Chenzhou city. Tan also required Chenzhou city to provide better environment and service for the experts and pay much attention on their suggestions to ensure all suggestions to be with real effects on the promotion of projects. 

Qu sincerely asked the experts to help Chenzhou city for its transformation development, tourism development, overall development of urban and rural areas, green development and harmonious development. Chenzhou city would try its best to upgrade its working efficiency and provide the best investment condition for all the investors.
