It was reported that 2013 the first South Hunan Trade Fair for International Undertaking Industrial Transfer was approved to be held in the International Convention and Exhibition Center of Chenzhou city on November 28 to 29, 2013. The fair was co-hosted by Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, Hunan Provincial Development & Reform Commission, Chenzhou Government, Hengyang Government and Yongzhou Government. In order to handle out the preliminary work well, the preparatory working conference for this trade fair was held in Chenzhou city on Oct. 12, 2013.

Before the beginning of this conference, the attendants visited the construction site of International Convention and Exhibition Center to check the details of its progress. When the attendants arrived there, the workers were busying in the construction. It was stated by the principal of this project that followed with the scientific arrangement, all the construction work would be fulfilled by early to middle November.

An overall program for the trade fair was discussed on the conference by the attendants, some of whom listed their suggestions to improve it. The theme for this first trade fair is “greening undertaking and concentrated development”. The magnitude enterprises, important projects and major products introduced by the undertaking industrial transfer would be selected to be shown on the exhibition with relative principals.

Four theme activities as investment condition introduction & key project promotion conference for national demonstration area of South Hunan undertaking industrial transfer, summit for the central China’s undertaking industrial transfer investment, investment conference for the key projects of undertaking industrial transfer and investment conference for this first trade fair would be handled out in the fair. It was reported that the scale for the exhibition venue would be about 30,000 square meters, covering 14 special stands and 400 standard stands. The deployments concerned for the quotas for the invited merchants, exhibitors and stands were figured out on the conference as well.

Xiong Fangping- Deputy Director of the general office of Hunan provincial government hosted the conference. Some Hunan provincial leaders, principals of relative departments, and some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference and relative activities.
