It was reported that promotion conference for the first South Hunan Trade Fair for International Undertaking Industrial Transfer was held in Chenzhou city on Oct. 14, 2013. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City required on the conference that refined preparation work should be carried out in Chenzhou city to handle the fair successfully.

The first South Hunan Trade Fair for International Undertaking Industrial Transfer would be held from November 28 -29, 2013 in the International Convention and Exhibition Center of Chenzhou city. The key activities for this fair are opening ceremony, investment condition introduction & key project promotion conference for national demonstration area of South Hunan undertaking industrial transfer, summit for the central China’s undertaking industrial transfer investment, investment conference for the key projects of undertaking industrial transfer and exhibition for this first trade fair. Currently, the preparation work for this fair was carried out under

Qu stated that all the departments should pay high attention on handling the preparation work to present a good image of Chenzhou city to all the attendants of the fair.
Qu also required that more attention should be highlighted on the key points to promote the preparation work forcefully. Such as the construction of the exhibition center and the arrangement for the exhibition, development and promotion for some key projects, and relative preparation work.

Qu said, enhanced leadership and implementation should be handled out accordingly. More specified responsibility system should be figured out on the basis of the overall planning to make sure all the departments to implement the work strictly. Closer cooperation should be handled out by all the departments to improve the preparation work. More strict supervision should be handled out to accountability mechanism.

Some more key working points were listed by Qu on the conference, such as the promotion for key projects construction and investment attraction, safety production and maintaining of stability, fulfillment for all targets and planning for next year, etc.
