When reporters arrived at the site of technical upgrading project of Yuxinduo polymetallic deposit in Yaogangxian, Yizhang county, workers were busy in installing the dressing equipments. It was introduced that the main works of the comprehensive project for dressing plant was in last stage. 45% of the equipments for the plant have been installed yet, and some projects on installation of drainage system of tailings, backwater pool, purification pool, and etc. were being promoted rapidly there. As a new name card for the docking with Hunan Non-ferrous Holding Group of China Minerals, this project can reach annual output volume of scheelite concentrate, molybdenum and bismuth as 4500tons, 166tons and 577 tons respectively once finished, accounting for over 600million yuan annual sales revenue.

Besides this project, some central and Hunan provincial enterprises chose to place in Yizhang county as well, such as Huadian Corporation, Hunan Branch’s wind power plant project settled in Taipingli, Wuling town, Yizhang county was handled well there currently. As introduced by Leng Yubo- Director of Wind Energy Engineering Department of Fuxin Taipingli Project of the company, it was estimated that the first wind driven generator was to be combined to the grid in this September and rest to be done in this December.

In recent years, Yizhang county took active actions on the docking work on the basis of its local resources advantages and well seized the chance of integrated development for central and Hunan provincial enterprises to create a new docking page with sound preparation work and strengthened communication work. Currently,7 projects with 13.25billion yuan agreement investment have been confirmed in Yizhang county, over 2billion yuan of which has been paid.

“It was the key support to dock with central and Hunan provincial enterprises by playing well the role of local advantages as the abundant fluorite, coal, iron pyrite and other resources. On the other hand, some favorable factors on resultant forces, highlights of docking and service were presented to the investors and attracted them to settle down here.”said Xiao Hongwan- Director of Yizhang Economy and Informatization Bureau.

Yizhang county attracted many enterprises to invest there by handling the strategy -“docking with central and Hunan provincial enterprises and undertaking industrial transfer”. Thanks to the enterprises’s advantages on technology, management, capital, information, and etc., Yizhang county was improved rapidly with these sound driving forces.

Leading by the 7 docking projects, Yizhang county’s industrial parks and projects construction were promoted rapidly. 260,000 square meters of standard factories have been finished in the 30-square-kilo-meter big “zone of one zone, four parks and five projects” where 36 enterprises have been settled down. “1533” plan and “510 project” were implemented in the county from the beginning of 2014, which were aimed to place 33billion yuan on 153projects and carry out 10 projects for each key industrial parks, urban areas, mountainous areas, well-being industry and service industry. Currently, 70 continuous projects covered 18billion yuan investment and 83 new projects covered 15billion yuan investment (11.5billion yuan was for the part within this year) were handled out well in the county.
