When reporters arrived at the construction site of establishment of “hot spring city of China” in Yiliu town, Yizhang county, Chenzhou city, workers were busy with the construction issues. The constructors and some cadres of Yiliu town managed the construction work on site despite the hot weather.

An on-site promotion conference for Chenzhou city’s establishment of “hot spring city of China” will be held in Yizhang county in this middle or late of June. As one of the must-visit places, Yiliu town’s Party Committee and Government worked hard on the promotion of construction work. At the meantime, all projects were divided into three independent zones which were in charge of three main leaders of Yiliu town government respectively. Some specially-designed persons were dispatched to monitor and assist the promotion of construction with specified working mechanism. Daily and weekly report and scheduling were carried out to share the ideas among the zones. Great attention was placed on the construction details to enhance the daily management work to solve the problems on time. Currently, all the construction work was under time schedule.

It was learned that all the projects were carried out by focusing on “two belts and two lines”. Till now, 25 buildings’decoration work, 80% of the 5-meter wide ring road of the village, and 60% of the 1900-meter long channel have been finished for Tanghuli project zone. Rebuilding of electric wires and telephone wires of the villages were planned to be finished soon. Culvert pipes laying work for both sides of C section of 107 national road and pavement work for one of it have been finished as well. This C section of 107 national road was about 800-meter long. Concerned for Heyi project zone, all work such as earth-rock engineering, greening and countryside landscape belt construction along 107 national road and others were proceeded well. Till now, 70% of all the construction work of Yiliu town has been completed. It was estimated to fulfill all the targets before June 20, 2014 to greet the promotion conference with a totally new image.
