It was reported that 2015 the state working conference for sanitary work & the state on-site conference for activity of urban and rural sanitary condition was held in Ma’an city of Anhui province on March 24, 2015. Chenzhou was awarded as “National Sanitary City” by the State Sanitary Committee.

In order to improve the living condition, upgrade city image and promote coordinate development of economy and society, Chenzhou city confirmed the decision to establish national sanitary city in April 2009. Some mechanisms as government investment, leadership responsibility, department cooperation, and social participation were figured out and perfected in Chenzhou city, and 10 tough fights on comprehensive treatment of sanitary condition, sanitary treatment of farmers’ markets in urban area, sanitary treatment of urban villages and rural-urban joint areas, and etc. were carried out in the city as well. With all efforts of Chenzhou city, the infrastructure condition, comprehensive management, living and development condition and people’s quality were upgraded greatly. After passing the procedures of Hunan provincial declaration and assessment, secret investigation of the State Sanitary Office, technological evaluation, publicity, and etc., Chenzhou city was awarded as “National Sanitary City” by the State Sanitary Committee.

Zixing city was awarded as “National Sanitary City”at the same time

Another news: It was learned from 2015 the state working conference for sanitary work & the state on-site conference for activity of urban and rural sanitary condition which was held Ma’an city of Anhui province on March 24, 2015 that Zixing city was awarded as “National Sanitary City” by the State Sanitary Committee.

In recent three years, Zixing city tried all efforts on establishing ecological and livable city which helped to upgrade city image greatly.
