“According to the requirement of working solution for establishing national ecological garden city, Chenzhou should preliminarily establish the digital garden platform in the end of 2015, should reach the regulation coverage rate to be 50%, 80% and 100% in 2015, 2016 and 2017, and should gradually establish the landscape greening administration mechanism suitable for the requirements of national ecological garden city.”- it was introduced by a principal of Chenzhou Garden Administration Office.

To establish national ecological garden city, Chenzhou city should meet higher level standards on the construction of ecological garden. Chenzhou city would keep perfecting comprehensive management system of ecological garden city; and promoting information construction of garden and greening management, such as handling the investigation of five green lands as urban park green space, production plantation area, green buffer, attached green space and other green area by remote sensing; accelerating the construction of urban garden greening data base and some sharing platforms for information distribution and social service to monitor the green construction and management dynamically.

Furthermore, Chenzhou city would keep upgrading its scientific research ability on urban garden and greening, and establishing some research centers as (garden science research center, digital garden platform, and garden drawing approval center), and garden quality control center to enhance the supervision work in all processes.
