In order to promote the establishment of national civilized city, improve the market condition, and upgrade market level, Chenzhou Market Service Center took active actions to implement the work of Chenzhou city’s establishment of civilized city by carrying out different measures.

First, it created rich establishment atmosphere in the markets to propaganda the establishment work and intensify the mass’s civilized quality and awareness of the establishment work. A 15-meter long “establishment of national civilized city” banner was being placed on the south channel of the main entrance of Beihu Market; 80 billboards of “honoring virtual and being polite” were being set on the public columns and the propaganda walls of the markets. Second, some special treatment actions were carried out by the center. A joint treatment group consisted of firefighting, public security, city management, sub-district office and other departments was set by the center to renovate the markets’ sanitary condition, operation order, roadside stall business, irregular construction, and etc. Third, some cleaning activities were organized by the center to fully clean the walls and surrounding places of the markets, which helped to optimize the markets’ environment and sanitary condition.

In order to make sure the establishment of national civilized city to reach real effects, the leaders of the center investigated the markets in person and dispatched more staffs to the grassroots markets. Currently, the establishment work was being proceeded smoothly there.
