It is the key stage for Chenzhou city’s establishment of national civilized city. Zhou Yingchun- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Propaganda Department led an investigation team to handle the spot-supervision in arterial roads of Chenzhou urban area.

The group check Laodong road, Guoqing north road, Guoqing south road and some other arterial road of urban area. They asked relative departments to handle the retreatment work by referring to relative requirements listed for the establishment of national civilized city. When they visited Laodong road, they found most of the pedestrians not to follow zebra lines while crossing the road, so they asked the principals of the road to allocate some civilization advisers there to guide the pedestrians’behaviors. Some fruit stores in Guoqing north road were with poor sanitary condition, so the investigation group asked to specify the principals for each street to handle dynamic long-term management mechanism. When they visited the family area of former Motor Repair and Assembly Plant, they found the potential safety hazard caused by mass electric wires. It did not meet the requirement of establishment of national civilized city and caused many complaints from local residents, so the investigation group asked relative department to solve the problem. On seeing the dirty posters set on Guoqing south road, the investigation group asked relative departments to change it to public advertisements.

Zhou stated on the investigation trip that it was a heavy task for the establishment of national civilized city that closer attention should be paid on the details and implementation. The staffs of establishment office of the districts should handle out the supervision work every day and asked relative departments to rectify the problems on time.
