It was learned that Hunan provincial assessment of urban civilization index would be carried out soon. In the afternoon of August 22, 2014, Long Qiyang- Secretary of Party Group and Director of Chenzhou Media Group visited Chenzhou Mass Art Center, Chenzhou People’s Cinema, Memorial Hall of Xiangnan Intifada, and some internet bars in urban area to check their work which concerned for the assessment.
