When reporters arrived at the cross of Suxian road and Chenjiang road in the morning of August 7, eight transportation advisers who wearing red hat were guiding the pedestrians to cross the road. Assisted with the advisers’ guidance, some citizens who were not aware with the traffic lights stopped to wait for the green light, which helped to ensure the safety and smooth of traffic. It was introduced that it was one of the measures handled out by Suxian district to promote the establishment of nation civilized city.

From this July, followed the idea of “promoting propaganda and popularizing the activity to attract more citizens’s support”, Suxian district well implemented “ten-one” project as below: “releasing one open letter to the citizens” to inform the citizens with the ideas of the achievements of establishment work and mobilize more citizens to join in the work; “setting up one civilization guidance team” to carry out the civilization guidance work by the 64-member team; “organizing one batch of volunteers” to help to solve people’s problems; “shooting one advertising video” to show to people the achievements reached by Suxian district by this 5-minute video; “popularizing a song for the establishment of national civilized city”; “holding one joint performance for the establishment”; “dispatching one propaganda gift for the establishment”; “broadcasting one classic film with positive energy”; “opening one morality class”; and “making good use of one batch of leisure reading bars”.

This “ten-one” project greatly helped to attract more citizens to join in the establishment work and well popularize it.
